Flexible
And Open ODBC Compliant Architecture
IN-SYNCH is designed to offer a standard methodology used to integrate
virtually any system that is ODBC compliant to
Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200's
Order Processing process.
Updates
Databases Automatically
IN-SYNCH will automatically update the appropriate database
files when mapped files are changed on the
Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 file
system. Since IN-SYNCH runs "behind the scenes," the user
does not have any additional steps to take in order to update
the changes made to the integrated file system.
Web
Site Integration
IN-SYNCH allows you to connect
Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200
to a pre-existing web
site, no matter what Database Server it accesses. Using
IN-SYNCH allows for full control and flexibility in designing,
creating and customizing your corporate web site and store
front.
Open
Product Design
IN-SYNCH
is the answer to a myriad of integration opportunities, in
addition to the Internet, because of the open product design.
Some other examples for the use of IN-SYNCH are as follows:
- Intranet/Extranet
entry of Sales Orders for Sales Force Automation
- Integrate
Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 with Customer Service applications
- Interface
Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 with legacy applications
Real
Time Processing
IN-SYNCH offers real time processing of inbound sales orders
and request for information to your
Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200
system.
Likewise, the linked external databases are updated whenever
the corresponding
Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200
data files are updated. Options
are also provided for updating at specified intervals, or
manual updates of selected files.
Scalable High
Performance
Because IN-SYNCH replicates required data to the third-party
database, the availability of the front-end application (i.e.
time-entry module or e-commerce store front) is not dependent
upon the state of the accounting system. Likewise, web servers
under heavy load will not affect the performance of the
accounting system.
