Bob
Richter
is a certified Master Developer for the Sage MAS 90 ERP and
Sage MAS 200 ERP product lines. He provides client's
needs analysis, solutions recommendations, product
demonstrations, senior level support services, development,
integration and data conversions.
Having co-developed the IN-SYNCH software in 1998, Bob is the primary developer in charge
of
IN-SYNCH, and has extensive programming experience. IN-SYNCH is a web-integration and 3rd-party application integration
module for the
Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200
product line.
Bob
was formerly the Director of EDI Development for MBC Group,
Allendale, New Jersey (now B to B Visions, LLC). His
previous work includes developing the MAS 90 EDI module, sold
to State of the Art, Inc. (now Sage Software, Inc.) by MBC
in 1996. He also wrote the
original MAS 90 EDI documentation, and designed and delivered
the training curriculum to certify Authorized MAS 90 Resellers
to implement the EDI solution. Given the complexity of the application, it was later moved out of the MAS 90 product line.
Because of his indepth programming experience with specifying and developing significant module-like applications, Bob is regularly contracted to design and program 100+ hour projects for Sage Software Master Developers.
After marrying Ruth and relocating to So. Californiam in 1996, Bob started ROI Consulting, Inc. in December of 1997. The couple moved their two boys and business to Nebraska in 2005 to be closer to family members. Bob enjoys practicing Krav Maga and working out in the gym as well as playing X-Box with his two young sons.
Debra Garcia provides implementation and testing and technical support services for ROI clients using IN-SYNCH. Debra has extensive programming and integration experience with the Sage MAS 90 ERP product line.
In 1989, Debra joined State of the Art (now Sage Software, Inc.) to perform Quality Assurance services. From 1996 to 2002 she provided programming services for MAS 90 clients and Business Partners and owned her own company, AccountNet Systems. Prior to the release of Sage E-Business Manager, Debra developed a similar solution to provide shopping cart and data integration capabilities for several clients using MAS 90. Given that experience, Sage Software called upon her to provide advisement and assistance with the development and beta testing of the Sage E-Business Manager application.
After taking time off from the business to raise her two boys, Debra returned to software programming and consulting. ROI Consulting, Inc. and our clients are please to be working with Debra, given her extremely relevant background and talents. When not supporting IN-SYNCH users, Debra is busy raising horses on her sprawling ranch in So. California and is active in her church.
Debra joined ROI Consulting in June of 2007.
Ruth Richter is the company’s customer service, marketing and
financial director.
Ruth has an extensive background in sales and marketing consulting in the accounting software field, with over 2 0 years of career experience. Ruth’s previous career
experience includes upper-management positions for accounting software developers State of the Art
(now Sage Software, Inc.) and Solomon Software, Inc. (purchased by Microsoft, Inc.) where she was
responsible for channel recruitment, channel client management, annuity sales programs and marketing promotions, sales operations, and management functions.
In addition to running the operations of ROI Consulting, Inc., Ruth is a ConvergenceCoaching senior consultant, providing sales and marketing services to membership organizations who serve IT and CPA firms. In her spare time, she takes an active role in her local community and serves on the Vestry at her church.
Ruth joined ROI Consulting, Inc. in August of 1998.
