IN-SYNCH is a Sage MAS 90 ERP and Sage MAS 200 ERP third-party integration module, suited for web-based and third-party database integration. IN-SYNCH is owned by ROI Consulting, Inc, with source code licensed by Sage Software.  We provide implementation service and support of the IN-SYNCH module.

New Installation Pricing:

IN-SYNCH Module $4,995 One-time license fee
Estimated Implementation Cost $4,800 not-to-exceed budget 24 hours @ $200/hr.
Ad-hoc modifications to
IN-SYNCH
Fixed Fee Proposal $200/hr.
Annual Maintenance $550 maintenance-only option
Annual Maintenance + 3 hours Telephone Support $850 option for 3 hours of support
Annual Maintenance + Unlimited Telephone Support $1,125 option for unlimited support

Services:

We estimate a maximum of 24 hours for most implementations, once you have approved the database (and web-site if this is a shopping cart integration) with us.  This does not include necessary project management services that may be recommended by your Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 consultant.

Most companies want to know what is involved with the implementation.  It is very straightforward due to the marvelous design of the program by ProvideX database experts.  Before a recommendation is given, a thorough understanding of the integration needs is required.  This includes an understanding of the overall result desired, as well as a review of the third-party program databases and the state and versions of the current accounting software.

Since every integration we encounter is unique, there may have the need for customization to the INS module.  The modification would be specified in a proposal as an addendum to the standard implementation and billed fixed fee.

Annual Telephone Support and Software Maintenance Plans:
We offer three options for annual software maintenance and telephone support.  Maintenance is designed to keep INS compatible with Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 as Sage Software releases changes.  In addition, we offer options to pre-pay for a telephone support agreement.  This agreement begins once your implementation is complete and is renewable each year.  We do highly recommend telephone support for your first year, each year thereafter is optional based upon your needs.
