| We provide on-site and remote support services via telephone, e-mail and on-line service for IN-SYNCH, B to B Link, MAPADOC clients. Using an automated help desk, Autotask Go!, clients are assigned an Autotask login to log support tickets. Clients are then able to look up and track support issues in process.
To receive support, ROI clients use a combination of telephone and Online Support service with NTR Support. Below is the log in link for client's use:

Standard support hours are between 7:00 am to 5:30 pm CT.

Online Support Service:
We suggest all clients provide ROI on-line access to your system. We offer online support through desk top streaming.
With this service, there is no need for you to buy or load any software on your end. It's very simple and highly secure. All you do is download the client version, which is a run-time program and does not install anything on your computer. The process takes about 15 seconds. There are no issues with internet security.
We bill $25/call that is supported remotely (in addition to your standard billing rate if you are receiving support on a time and materials basis).
IN-SYNCH (INS) Annual Telephone Support and Software Maintenance Plans:
We offer three options for annual software maintenance and telephone support. Maintenance is designed to keep INS compatible with Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 as Sage Software releases changes. In addition, we offer options to pre-pay for a telephone support agreement. This agreement begins once your implementation is complete and is renewable each year. We do highly recommend telephone support for your first year, each year thereafter is optional based upon your needs.
